1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Rigelian app (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the App.

The App is provided by Berrie Kremers (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws
• Distribute, sublicense, or resell the App

3. Subscriptions

Rigelian offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.

Refunds and billing issues are handled by Apple according to their policies.

4. Availability of the App

We aim to keep the App available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the App will always be error-free.

Features may be modified, added, or removed at any time without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is the property of Berrie Kremers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Berrie Kremers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page.

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
